Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Saharawi will cover the return shipping. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
